What a Lightboard is.
Processing times.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Any products that ship in boxes via common carriers like UPS or Fedex will typically be shipped within that time frame. Orders which ship via freight will typically be shipped within 1 week from receipt of order. These timing projections are all assuming we receive prompt responses from buyers where there are pre-shipment confirmations needed. In all cases you will receive another notification with tracking information after your order has shipped.
Processing times.
Many shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed on our website as you start going through the checkout process. Please contact us for a shipping quote if our website does not automatically calculate a rate for your location.
Any personal requests by the customer made after an order has been received such as after hours or inside delivery of freight, or change of delivery address, may be subject to additional charges which will be billed to the customer.
Transit Times.
Parcel/Package/Boxed shipments are typically shipped through UPS. Within the United States, the below map gives an estimated transit time for UPS ground shipments. Shipments to destinations outside the United States are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are an option when you need something faster. Please contact us for a shipping quote and provide your shipping information and the products you are considering.
Freight shipments within the United States often take approximately the same as the ground transit map. If you have a tight deadline and need something faster, please contact us for a shipping quote and provide your shipping information and the products you are considering. Shipments to destinations in Western Europe are typically delivered in about 1 week. Other international destinations are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on destination.
From time to time there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, pandemic related issues or changes in government regulations & policies. Please ask us if you have any questions and be sure to inform us of any special timing requests you would like. We will do our best to research and communicate options on such requests including additional charges that may incur, where applicable.
Any delivery dates displayed during checkout are approximate, a good faith estimate that reflects a typical time in transit after order processing is complete.
Damage in Shipping.
Revolution Lightboards is responsible for the safe transportation of our shipments. In the case of any clear or suspected damage, please clearly note the details of such with the delivery driver prior to signing for the shipment.
Please DO NOT refuse delivery of the good in such a case as substantial additional transportation charges may be incurred, which may be billed to the customer. If there is an issue with any components at the time of delivery, Revolution Lightboards will work with you to identify the extent of any damage and to correct the situation quickly. We will typically reach a resolution far faster than pursuing a damage claim with a shipping company.
In the case of any suspected or actual damage, please contact Revolution Lightboards with the pertinent information and pictures if possible so we can begin working towards a resolution quickly. Do not discard any packaging materials or contents.
